1. Get to Know You Questionnaire
I send this to all my couples after booking to learn more about their personalities, interests, story, likes and dislikes, how they feel being in front of the camera, what types of images they're drawn to, and more. This helps me learn more about them, get on the same page before their shoot, how to approach their shoot, what kind of things to include in their gift box, etc.

2. Wedding Questionnaire
I send this to all couples prior to their wedding to learn more about their day. It gathers information about their locations, wedding party, family dynamics, included events, timeline, vendors, and more. This eliminates a lot of back and forth emailing, helps the photographer and clients get on the same page, and helps the photographer create a wedding day timeline, create shot lists, and feel prepared for the wedding. 

3. Follow Up Questionnaire
I send this to all clients after their gallery delivery. This wraps up our client workflow, gathers feedback, and a review that the photographer can use for marketing.
